The candidate we are seeking is a versed/seasoned programmer (35 years or older) with 10+ years of systems and web programming experience, that needs a break from CORPORATE America and wants to wear shorts and flip flops to work and set his/her own hours. The ideal candidate is a surfer or outdoorsy person that wants to enjoy nature during day, and program at night. Hours are flexible as long as we are hitting targets.
